They put me in a room and made me interview for 3 different roles, when I applied to only 1 of those. They gave me a calendar time of 30 minute interview, but the interviewSSSS ended up lasting over 3 hours.
It seemed like they were trying to sell me the role, rather than the other wya around. It highlighted key weaknesses in the company and a likely toxic culture.
