Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tennant (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2020
Interview
Extremely disorganized company. Process went from you’re a great candidate and let’s move to the next stage of the interview process to, we aren’t aligned in our expectations- all within a few hours because I let them know as a courtesy I was offered another position, but Tennant was my first choice. Extremely unprofessional and confusing for the candidate. Would not recommend interviewing here, if they are this unprofessional during the interview, imagine once you’re working for them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tennant (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2020
Interview
First the bad part. THEY GHOSTED ME. very rude and unprofessional.
A short 15 minute call followed by a 30 minute zoom interview. It went fairly well but because of the generous pay package there was too much competition and I lost out .. probably due to lack of full time year round call center experience.. and one question I kind of bombed on.. knew it was a slim chance I was their number one pick.. but really.. inexcusable not to just send a short email back with a rejection..
they completely ignored a polite email 1 week later
completely ignored a polite phone message 9 days later
completely ignored and did not answer an email 2 weeks later
..and then 17 days later took down the position from their job board.
.. no answer and just rude and unprofessional not to give some indication.

Question 1
All the usual ones about how you resolve customer issues, how you approach problems with process or other co workers.. etc. I am guessing the one I bombed on was " what were your statistics for your calls "
Thank you for your feedback. We take our candidate experience seriously and apologize that yours did not match our expectations. We wish you the best in your job search.
