Tennessee Justice Center interview questions

The interview process at the Tennessee Justice Center may include application submission, initial screening, multiple rounds of interviews (often including phone and in-person), assessments, and final selection or job offer.

Came in for an in person interview for the first round and a phone interview for the second. When interviewed, we discussed what I would bring to the company and how I would do things differently. They were very open to my views and accepted my terms. However, once I started another manager that was not a part of the interview had issue with my views/approach and eventually it was clear that the organization was not willing to operate how I had said I would operate.
