I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TeraGo (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2015
Interview
Three personal interviews, two phone interviews with future reports. Too many people asking meaningless or unrelated questions with no indication of what the company expected to pay for the position. This company may fail in the future, it is a high risk employer that doesn't have resources ($$) for quality personnel hiring. Be careful and ask lots of questions to the interviewers regarding company financial situation and what they expect from the position. Position description may not be what they are looking for, it is a way of attracting people, but then you get to learn they need a hands on person (jack of all trades ) and little or no management work required. In the meantime, they hire someone else and quit or got fired in less than a month, which shows the company is looking at cheap or unskilful people for a management position.
