The interview process is good. You are asked a series of questions by a supervisor, then allowed to sit with a few reps & gain first-hand experience of day-to-day responsibilities before completing the interview process and asking any final questions. Background check and drug test are required as part of the hiring process.

There was a screening call, a inside sales hiring manager interview and then a 3rd and final call with two higher up sales managers. Very friendly environment. 15/hr + 3% comm.

In person interviews . First with a floor manager, then with the big sales manager. Both were so professional and transparent in the Tampa contact center much better quality than the former partner company I worked for within the same building.
