Interview
Great first call with the recruiter. Described the position and the hiring process. Took the sales test and passed and was given my first interview (via zoom). Went great and was offered a second interview. (Via zoom) the manager never showed up. I reached out to the recruiter and she was on it to get it rescheduled. Said I will hear back right away. A few days go by and I hear nothing. I follow up and she got back right away to let me know she sent an urgent message to the team. A few days go by. Nothing. I follow up. She says she’s reaching out to higher up’s to do the interview. Nothing. I follow up again with her and the first person I interviewed with. And he said I was definitely a contender for the position. The recruiter says since they weren’t able to get the second interview to happen what about being at a different location then what I applied for. I said yes that’s fine and she said I would get a call or email that day. Nothing. Multiple follow ups since (a week and a half of follow ups) and I got the email today stating that I wasn’t moving forward with the candidacy. I feel it’s unfair as someone to go through the process I did. Interview with the one manager. Get selected for a second interview and that manager not show up to miss out on the selection process. And then myself having to follow up multiple times just to reschedule to then be told I would be at a different location and approve of that. And then not be selected. I would love to have a chance to be able to have the interview a second time as I was not the one to miss it.

Sit down with 2 managers and they ask you basic questions about yourself. They will hire anyone who walks in at this point. Dress properly it’s still an interview. All 3 departments are usually hiring.

Interview
Interview went well I thought. Heath the "hiring manager" wanted me to talk to the branch manager Josh Brasher as it seemed the interview was good. Spoke with Josh and it was a homerun as well. Asked him to let me talk to the wife and I would let him know. So, a few days go by and I call him and tell him I would like to come on board. Josh and Heath say great and that I need to apply online through the company website which is common I guess. They tell me to let them know once i get that done so they can tell hr that I am approved. I was excited! Well they finish out the evening with a text saying that I might need to take an assessment. I said okay i will keep an eye out for it. It never came. A week later Heath the hiring manager ask if I completed it and I told him I haven't seen it. So he sends it to me(yes it took a week to send a link) I complete it within the hour. I am expecting a starting date or paper work to fill out but I get nothing. Two days after I fill out this assessment I get a email at 4 in the morning talking about they have decided to move forward with someone else! So i quit applying for jobs when I told them I would like to come on board. Now I’m back to applying again. Run away from this company. They are unorganized, unprofessional and overall I would give them a 1/2 of a star.
