Technical phone screen and follow up Meeting with Director and manager . The meeting with managers seemed more like a Briggs Meyer test on steroids or A Question of Scruples game Integration comes to mind. Your given a Series of questions over a hour and asked how you would handle a situation. your experiences are challenged but no technical questions in the second interview. Also given example "" Your only give a few seconds to answer each question . I was repeatedly cut off by the director when I was trying to give a answer . there was very little chance to ask questions. they where only interested in the answers to there questions. Basically I thought the Director was Rude though the manager was a nice guy. I wouldn't have taken the job if I would have been offered it . 30 min in to the interview I was just waiting for the interview to end. there highly focused on leadership skills i was told its now 50 percent of there preform ace review score.
