Interview
First I was called via phone to asked about a couple of question about myself and why I applied in Tetra Pak. they called after screening my resume.
After that there will be a virtual interview where they will give some question and study cases, then tried to answered with recorded video. In my case, it was about telling the function of material given just by its property and some PLC.
And then there will be face to face interview (mine was held online because of the pandemic). There are 3 people interviewed me. Two of them are the Manager and Senior Manager and the other is from the HR team (the one interviewed me by phone). In this interview what they all asking is about me as a personal and professional experiences, some study cases and about your competencies as well. It took about almost 2 months to be informed from this to the next step.
And the las they said was a role-playing interview, but unfortunately they didn't move forward with me so I can't tell about it.

Q: What will you do if your client asked you to do further commissioning but you have a flight to attend?
Q: If there is a problem in your client place, which is in a remote area and you cannot contact anyone, what will you do to solve it?

El proceso inicia con HR contactándote para verificar datos y hacer un primer contacto, luego te programa una entrevista con el gerente de servicio quien compartió pantalla y mostró diagramas eléctricos neumáticos y pidió que los explicara.

Interview
Using a web interview, interview time is about 1 hour. After the introduction, technical questions are given, work safety and case solving. Make the most of your time, you are given time to prepare to answer and 2 times the opportunity to answer.
