I received a call in follow up to my online application, there were a few brief questions before we set up an in-person interview. I came in and had a 2 hour interview with the person who would be my direct manager, which was great because I got all the information I could want on the office and the role. The in-person interview was fairly comprehensive, with skills and behavioral questions, but still somewhat laid back.

Casual chat with human resources trough videocall. 30min, general questions about my current position and what am i looking for. I did not apply, they contacted me trough linkedin. They also asked about expected salary, and told me to share my CV after. This was a very casual call,
