I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Texas Health and Human Services Commission (San Antonio, TX) in Sept 2020
Interview
There was literally pages of people who signed in that day for interviews. Interview was one on one but seemed pretty informal. The "office" it was held in seemed tucked away in the building, it was only big enough for 2 chairs and a desk and was very messy. The questions were a majority of scenario questions that seemed to be the same just in different words.
