Interviewed with two managers. The first interview was with the service manager. It was your traditional interview. Nothing too hard. A week or two later, I got a call for another interview. The second 'interview' was with the managing partner. A few questions were asked but it mostly consisted of what the job entailed. I had to wait a few weeks for orientation before I could start.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
