The interview process was exceptionally well-structured and transparent, creating a highly engaging candidate experience. It fostered a warm and welcoming environment, effectively reflecting the company's core values and the spirit of its team!
Had first stage interview with the recruiter for the role, wasn’t much structure to the interview, general questions on previous roles and expectations. Was told I would hear back the following week and never did.
