I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Apparel Group (Lewisville, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
Whole process was a bit weird, Starting from the personality assessment which took near an hour. This is when you're first applying by the way. This must be completed in order to be selected in the hiring pool they have. Second, Their eagerness to rush and find someone and their pace on reaching out for the next round. Whole things felt bit disorganized, but understand the need to find someone quick. Then the Actual interview process, I'm still confused till this day on some employees roles. I was interviewed by someone who was supposed to be below me. Yes, Someone who doesn't understand my role was interviewing me. Not just that but they were giving personal questions that were very judgmental. More I discussed with them the more their true skill level showed which baffles me. Then after I following up each up with each interview I was ghosted. No response after 2 emails sent on different days.. Which provided all the details one needs on the company and unprofessionalism.

Interview
It was all a big mess. Recruiter reaches out with a position. Wanting more details, they push for a call without getting much information. Entertain the process and just the screening call was an hour long. I get asked for a 2nd interview and I give my availability. Crickets for about two weeks. Reach out asking for a follow up and get reply they are working on a time. Crickets again. Reply back over a week later with a time out of my availability.
