Quite tough question for the role applied so must be prepared to read up and find out more about the background before the interview. Also, need to dress presentable as it is a front desk job. First impression counts a lot

Very friendly. The Front Of House Manager and Reception Manager did all kinds of tricks to ease my mind into the process. The most interesting aspect of this was when I was told that the place was family. Pretty friendly indeed.
