Boring and lackluster. The owner does a bad job at actually checking to see qualifications. They will take you into the dog pen and have you do two laps while you are being swarmed by dogs and this is to see if you are lying about not being afraid of dogs.

Unorganized, constantly interrupted by the interviewer/business owner leaving the room. She was very rude and condescending. She seemed like she was too busy to be doing an interview and seemed like she did not want to be there and clearly does not treat her employees or volunteers well at all.
