I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Berkeley Partnership (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
The process is as others have described it - 3 stages
I1 - Introduction and getting to know you
I2 - Talking in depth about two specific projects
I3 - A case study.
The process took about 3+ months accounting for the Xmas and NY period where things slowed down, naturally.
I1: At the NY office. I had almost 2 hours with a Berkeley partner where we talked openly about my experience, who I was and what I was interested in We also spent a significant amount of time on understanding Berkeley in NY and he took the time to answer all of my questions with depth and clarity. Really enjoyed it!
I2: Approx 2 hours with 2 partners from the London office. I described two projects for 10 minutes each followed by Q&A on each for about 30-40 minutes. I then also got some time to ask them some questions. The conversation was great!
I3: A 3-4hour case study and role play interview with multiple stages at the NY office.
I really enjoyed the interview process and appreciated the dedicated time that the Partners and the recruitment team spent with me.

More of a big project implementation / generalist delivery consulting firm. Great people, warm welcome but probably not one one for those that have strategy /design experience with teams under their remit

Overall I found the interview process very smooth and engaging. The recruitment team were very responsive provided expedient updates at every stage.
The end to end process consisted of 3 rounds of interviews.

Round 2 - A more in-depth review of 2 specific project you have been involved in with a Q&A after each project discussion. Interview took place with 2 partners and took ~2hours. Again due to Covid restrictions this round was over Zoom
Round 3 - Face to face case study interview with 1 partner and recruitment manager using an anonymised Berkeley project. Overall this round took ~3 hours
