The interview was about 30 minutes long. The person interviewing me asked typical interview questions - questions about my future, why I saw myself at their company, what I could bring to the table that others maybe couldn't, etc. It was clear that style was very important to them as they asked a few questions about clothing styles that I liked and disliked.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.
