Spent almost an entire hour and a half filling out the application online. Put forth alot of effort to make sure I added as much detail as I could and after I finished the personality part, I received an automated email to call the store and setup an interview. I called immediately and was set up with a manager the next day to talk. I had no idea what to wear for pants, so I did something I never do (and don't recommend anyone else do either) I wore my best pair of jeans to a denim store. I get to the store and introduce myself to the manager interviewing me. He told me he was going to go in the back and grab my application. In the meantime I look around the store and get "looks" for female associates in the store. About 10 minutes later, the manager comes back out and takes me out into the middle of the mall to talk. The questions were rather simple and I was very comfortable. I felt like we clicked in a professional manner and I was almost certain I landed a position.. After not hearing anything for a week now, I assume I wasn't chosen as anyone who fills out the app is told to call the store and setup an interview. I asked if they were hiring and I was told they "always are". The manager interviewing seemed rather put off that I had alot of different educational disciplines under my belt and often asked me why I changed my mind about what I was doing, but he seemed rather impressed at my prior work experience.

I did my application, they called same day for an interview the next day. I waited a few and got an offer. I feel like I had a very fast turn around.
