I first applied and uploaded my materials, and heard directly from that manager regarding a phone interview for the position. The department manager and the direct manager were on the call. The interview process truly depends on what department you apply for. For example, the finance department is said to have multiple rounds of interviews and I knew of an intern who experienced multiple 30-minute interviews back to back. In my process, I only had one interview and it was centered around my past experience.

There were two rounds of behavioral interviews, both asking typical STAR stories, why Campbell's, why this position, etc. Very friendly interviewer for the first round. Second round was a panel interview.

It was pretty easy, just one round with the team you intern for. They were very direct and seemed to have a busy schedule as I didn't have time to ask questions at the end.

A very knowlegeable interview with HR and Manager of Department where you were asked about the technical skill and also critical thinking. The Manager also brief a little on what you will be doing (job's description).
