I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Orland Park, IL)
Interview
There's three interviews, a really short and easy phone interview, an in person interview with someone who works there, and another in person interview with the general manager. Everyone was really kind and easygoing and even though I have severe anxiety I wasn't nervous to speak with them at all.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Glendale, WI) in Mar 2026
Interview
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Interview
Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.

Interview
3 interviews, first 2 pretty much just about availability, last one was more scenario questions such as what you would do if you noticed a guest wasn't having a good experience and how to better it. Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
