It was a one on one conversation in that patio, he took quick notes on a sheet of paper about work experience and why I wanted to apply here. He said he enjoys hearing stories of people enjoying his food and restaurant experience.

He asked me about my past work experience and why I wanted to apply here.
Went really well, asked cogent questions and were very amicable and forthcoming. There were plainly stated goals and responsibilities made clear from the get go and so on. They allowed me to speak without cutting off.
