The company responded quickly. I first interviewed with the Hiring Manager, then interviewed with the Staff and final interview was with the principal. The school defines their school characteristics as loving God, Love Others, Family Friendly, Exude Joy, Constantly Improving and develop great learners. When interviewing with everyone I could see that these characteristic's lived in everyone as I spoke with them.
