The Christian Post interview questions

They hire based on inexperience. More than half the people working there were not qualified for what they were doing. A newspaper with no actual journalists. They ask if you believe in Christian values, and you say "yes." At many points there were atheists and non Christians there. Essentially they picked people who didn't cost much.

It was a very typical interview process, focusing on the usual questions about work history and why one wants to work for the company. It was actually a very easy interview in which the interviewer basically went about it using my resume as a guide with the questions. Just prepare as usual and you'll be fine.
