I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Tacoma, WA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Very personal. Usually it's you and two merchandiser supervisors. They bring you to a conference room and sit you down and have you deliver your resume and other document they ask you to bring along. The interview takes maybe an hour, and they ask you all the typical interview questions. Then you wait for your call from HR to see if you got the job. That took about a month for me. It was really nerve racking. But eventually I got the call and everything was fine.

Question 1
If I am going to call your supervisor, what will he/she tell me about you?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (East Hartford, CT) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied online. Received a call a few days later. They described the work, told me that I would have Sunday & 1 weekday off. We setup a in person interview date. The interview was pretty basic, Ask a bunch of standard questions, if you had a job that could relate to the questions made it easy. Then I was told that I would not have Sundays off and the days off on the weekdays would be different almost every week. I told them about the phone operator stating Sundays off and they started laughing. I asked if they could at least give me one set day off and was denied. I was not offered the job and I did not want it if offered. (If your company cant give me at least 1 set day off, no thanks. I will not be your sheep).
