Interview was well conducted through a consulting firm who took me through oral & written assessment tests before even disclosing Employer's identity. A few weeks after I met with the Human Resources & Hiring Manager who also assessed me fairly. I got an offer less than 2 weeks later negotiated & started work the same month.
