I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Chicago, IL) in May 2021
Interview
There were 2 stages in the interview process. I first interviewed with a contract recruiter, once I passed that stage I was connected with an internal recruiter who set up the final 3 panel interview (potential boss, previous admin, and an additional person), interview seemed to go really well. Only odd thing with the final round was they asked questions from a script so at times it did not really feel like they were asking questions they cared to have the answers to.
I was asked to connect back the following week for an update and when I did the recruiter told me I had to wait 2 weeks. Then when I reached out at the 2 week mark, I received an automatic rejection, then an email from the recruiter saying no decision had been made, the requested to take back the automated email, and that they would follow up. I followed up again the following week and have yet to hear back.
Terrible communication from the recruiter.

Interview
Two person panel, 2 panels. First panel asked 2 questions each, the second panel did the same. Basic questions, they use the STAR interview process. The interview lasted about an hour. Nothing spectacular or memorable. Just basic, simple questions.
