The interview was too over the top for a coffee shop. How hard can it be to make a drink? I definitely feel like there was a lot of emphasis on things that were beyond my control. If a person doesn’t come to work, how am I supposed to pick up the slack? I’m one person.

If a customer is having a tough day, how do you cheer them up?
Interview was outside, it was short. Questions were about why you want to work here, just general getting to know you type of questions. Another example is like working as a team.

The interview process was short and straightforward - general questions based on comfortability in working in a fast-paced environment and conflict resolution with customers. I was also questioned regarding my experience in the food service industry.
