Felt very welcoming from the beginning. Did not feel intimidating like a test at all, felt more just like a casual conversation. Everything seemed very straightforward and explained in detail and I felt like there were no questions to stumble me.

The interview process was quick and efficient. Martika did an excellent job coordinating the interviews and keeping me updated. She helped work around my schedule and answered all of my questions. I went through 3 interviews and heard back right away.
