the interview process was extensive, including 1 phone interview and two face to face. the first lasted an hour in total. the second interview also lasted at least one hour. the third interview interview also lasted at least one full hour or more. conversations were very frank and i was kind'a shocked and pleased by this level oh honestly. i enjoyed each of them.
