Worked with youth in a greenhouse while waiting to get interviewed. After planting seeds for a few minutes I was asked to go into another greenhouse where the superiors waited for me. The asked me questions about youth and gave me different scenarios do see how I could supervise youth.

Taking about privileged in America to a group of youth from all different backgrounds (privledge and unprivileged) how would you explain privledge without making a group feel guilty or putting blame on them.
