From submitting my application to receiving the job offer, the whole process took just 11 days - incredibly efficient. The Interview team were friendly, engaging and made me feel comfortable. It was clear they wanted to get to know me as a person, not just my CV. What really stood out was that they weren't just assessing whether I was right for the role - they also wanted to ensure the opportunity was right for me. That made the experience feel supportive rather than pressured, Overall, a really positive interview process and a great reflection of the company culture.
