The interview lasted an entire day, starting with an initial interview with the hiring manager. I was then given a tour of the office and production floor. Afterward, I was introduced to the team. Once acquainted with the team, I was asked to walk through several product development scenarios to assess my brainstorming and problem-solving skills. I was then asked to generate a CAD model based on a reference component in a timed setting. I then went to lunch with the team, which allowed us to get to know one another more. Afterward, we discussed my past work openly, and I shared some product samples with the team.
