The Hundreds interview questions

I was interviewed first over the phone by a girl who I think does marketing. That interview took about 20 -30 minutes. She seemed really into making it clear that the social media at TH was about promoting product and sales and that a lot of a social media person's job at TH would be about getting approval from Bobby Hundreds and making him "happy". I was then emailed a copy test to fill out that was mostly social media examples and questions. Like it would be a shirt or a blog article and I had to show how I would share that on IG Twitter Facebook etc Then I was called back for a second in person interview with her, the two cofounders Bobby Hundreds and Ben Hundreds and two more people, a guy and a girl. That second interview must have been less than 10 minutes. I saw someone else get interviewed before me. It went extremely fast and I had a strong feeling the guys were laughing at me. It felt like a waste of my time and energy to have done that test then taken a day off to drive there for an interview that was less than 10 minutes where I felt like I was being made fun of.

Saw the opening on LinkedIn. Their Executive Assistant reached out to me very email; we then set up an interview date. Which was two days after our email communication. I then interviewed with their Creative Director and Designer.
