Headhunted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Interviewed with recruiter first and then hiring manager after completing SQL assessment. Two days later I received an automated email saying they received positive feedback from hiring manager but we’re not moving forward. And when prompted for more information, they ghosted me. Awful experience. How can you tell someone they had positive feedback yet are not advancing?
