The Kotter Group interview questions

Applied via LinkedIn (Greenhouse ATS), recieved an email from the Talent Acquisition Partner a few days later asking for my availability for a phone interview. Obviously they weren't ready to interview (see below). Eventually a time was agreed but the Talent Acquisition Partner didn't turn up or send an apology/note until I chased. There were then a few LinkedIn messages saying that the hiring manager would shortly be reviewing CVs when they got back from holiday (which seemed odd as I'd already been invited to an interview). Shambles really sadly as looked a great job/company. So why I was asked for interview which I then prepared for and moved things around for that didn't happen, I'll never know.
