I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Learning Project in May 2025
Interview
I applied via Indeed between April and early May and on Tuesday 27th May I received a missed call from the person recruiting for this role. As there was no voicemail I I was unsure if it was a scam call so, I called the person back with the first time my call going into message and the next time I managed to get hold of who called me first.
They said they were currently on the phone and also told me I had dialled them on no caller ID number (I wasn't sure why that was relevant) but I said thank you for letting me know.
I tend to switch off my caller ID incase the call is a scam call.
The recruiter then asked me to text them my avallability which I did and I also followed up on the email they had sent me asking for dates and times for the following days for a 10 minute call.
I received no response to my text message to the recruiter nor did i hear back from the email.
What is the point in asking for availability of candidates only to ghost them and not bother following through on the "so called scheduled call"
Its a waste of time especially on the job seekers side.
I have heard nothing since.
