Applied online. First had a phone interview with Lindsay, then an onsite interview. Lindsay was so great-bubbly, helpful/informative, and has a very obvious passion for her job. During interview, also met with the team leader for the position I was applying for which was nice to see and speak with someone who could potentially be your leader.
