I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Meat House
Interview
It was a business casual sit down interview in the cafe portion of the store. When I arrived I mentioned to an employee I was there for an interview and the general manager came out soon after. We sat and he asked verbal questions for around 20-30 minutes. Interview was followed up with phone call offer.

Interview
I submitted my resume and cover letter on line. A few days later I received a phone call from the hiring manager and set up an interview time. The interview was short and to the point and I was immediately offered the job at the end of the interview.

Question 1
None of the questions were very unexpected. It was pretty run of the mill for an interview. The most difficult question is always " how did you calm an upset customer"
