The interviewers seemed knowledgeable, kind, and like they have good stability on the teams with the opening being due to an internal promotion. I was impressed with this experience and only declined the position due to a significantly higher starting offer.

First go through phone screening, then if you pass you interview with manager of department. Overall nice people to talk to, not there to grill your resume but instead have a genuine conversation about the role and your experiences.

Smooth and not intimidating, they make it clear that the people there are really kind people and genuinely want to support one another. They rated me on paper, but it felt more like a conversation than an actual interview (in a good, welcoming way, not like it’s super easy to get in the interview spot)
