Very easy process. First interview is virtual with a second in person. They are very real and don't seem to beat around the bush with you. There are usually 2 people in almost every interview

The location for the interview was fine but I discovered that this company was working under the name of another security company, they provided no insurance coverage, and became very evasive when probed about the specific details of their assignments
