Interview
The first interview was with the HR person, she is a lovely person and instantly made me feel very comfortable (phone interview). The second interview was with the Accounting Manager. She asked me a couple of technical questions relating to the JD and then about my past experience. Overall a very friendly and successful interview.
There were questions asked based on experience and skill set as. The interview was in 2 stages, 1 through phone and 1 with the hiring manager. It felt like having a conversation rather than an interview and both interviewers were extremely nice and warm.

Interview
Pretty quick process. First step was answering some questions. The next step was a phone interview with HR. The next interview was in person with HR and current Controller. The last interview was with HR, the President and one other person who never introduced themselves.
