It was a good interview process - they really dig deep into your experience and also tell you a lot about the work that you'll be doing. Very enjoyable and I learned a lot about the work that I would be doing

Interview
The interview process was extensive and multi-stage, primarily conversational rather than technical. The questions were nuanced and evaluative in nature, making it difficult to gauge correctness. Notably, the process emphasized their efforts to position themselves as an attractive employer.
I Interviewed with three difference people. The first was introductory so they could get to know you. Shortly after an interview was scheduled. I interviewed with two directors, a professional resource director, and an associate.
