The Sweet Tooth Fairy interview questions

Pretty laid back and done in the store. Easy questions, and was asked straight away when I could start working there. I felt pretty good about the whole process! I had to wait around a bit for the manager to come out but it all went smoothly and I started working the next week.

I walked into the store and asked if they were hiring. I told the manager my background and chatted with her for a couple of minutes. I also gave her my resume. She then asked me to come back later in the day for an official interview. At the interview, she asked me questions such as: 1. Why do you want to work here? 2. How would you help customers feel welcome in the store? 3. Why do you think having a positive attitude is so important?
