There actually was no official interview when I was hired. I was contacted through a friend, briefly met one of the owners and toured the store before I was hired. It was all very quick. However, each of my coworkers has met with the owner at a local coffee shop for an interview before hire. They have reported it starting out with a formal tone and then winding down to a basic conversation.
