The Wilds interview questions

I didn't have a real interview, I came to volunteer and they offered me a job. The position wasn't for another few months, but they offered it to me before it was even posted.

The restoration ecology department was very quick in responding to emails. After submitting my resume, cover letter, and references, I filled out a questionnaire and was then contacted for an interview. I heard back within a day after my interview. The interview was over Skype because I was not from the area. I answered questions from two supervisors in the department.
