This was a new YMCA opening at the time, so they were hiring many guards. I was part of a 3 person group interview. They asked us questions about why we want to be a lifeguard, what certifications we have... etc. overall very simple and smooth.
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
