The interview process was smooth. Started with phone call and the recruiter asked a bunch of behavioral questions about my past experience and such. Overall smooth. The waiting time was not too long to hear back.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in May 2012
Interview
1. Phone interview: very brief interview with simple questions.
2. In-person interview: very casual and friendly. Questions inquiring about your past experience. Nothing stressful or difficult.
