I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Tacoma, WA) in Feb 2011
Interview
The interview process is a joke and I ask you random questions that have nothing to do with the job. The people to sit in on the interviews also seems self and titled as if there something really special. I should've seen that off of the bat and realized that I was getting into something that I shouldn't. They really don't base it off of your ability to do the job or skill said, if you know somebody that holds more weight than anything else and if you have a degree in something completely nonrelated that will also Help opposed to being the better individual for the job.
