very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.

Very thorough and well done. The current aquatics director did not interview me it was his assistant. She was very open and has an assertive personality. She is very upfront as she is new to the position as well. The interview was more in conversational format and, was done with ease. She was a professional with it.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
