Interview
Pretty simple. Apply online or in person. They call you in for a group interview. Talk a lot and answer the questions thoroughly and you're good. The head man in charge of that branches YMCA held the interview with 2 others spectating and taking notes. They prefer people with a background with children and who are working towards a career with children.
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
